Research Development cordially invites you to meet Mr. Naritake Abe, Deputy Director Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).   Mr. Abe will provide an overview of funding opportunities available to U.S.-based researchers. Lauren Zarzar, a JSPS award winner, will discuss her experience as a fellow. 
The JSPS is Japan's core funding agency and offers fellowships in Japan, funding to support research collaborations between U.S. and Japanese researchers, and prizes for distinguished researchers. Funding is provided in the sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities.
