This session examines the resources available to support new faculty. Three senior faculty will share their own experiences and will reflect on lessons learned based on their own careers. Susan Foster, Executive Director of Administration, MCB, will focus on the key aspects of starting and managing your lab including; equipment, space, and other resources included in startup packages, setting up your laboratory, and recruitment, hiring and interviews.
