Informatics: Python Intensive Training - Metaprogramming Tips and More Advanced Function Writing

On the third day, we will learn a couple of more advanced control flow concepts - exception handling and breaks. More importantly, we will learn some meta-programming and debugging skills which will aid us in writing a larger program that brings together the concepts learned in the previous days. This will wrap up the vanilla python portion of the intensive.
