The clinic will include a complete servicing, calibration, and repair for all makes and models of pipettes, bottle top dispensers, and dilutors. It includes all of the following:
- Basic, standard, advanced, and accredited service plans
- Full disassembly preventive maintenance
- Replacement and restoration of the sealing system with new seals/O rings and vacuum grease
- Gravimetric calibration and documentation
- 12 month warranty
- Onsite servicing for most minor repairs
- Pickup and delivery of pipettors for all off-campus labs
- FREE pipet tip samples for all universal and LTS pipettors
- Snacks, giveaways, vendor demos, and much more…
Why get it calibrated at this clinic? With the pipette not being opened, cleaned, and calibrated on an annual basis, pipettes run over their manufacturer’s recommended standard time frame for calibration. Avantor utilizes the highest quality servicing technicians from Mettler Toledo/Rainin to provide you with all required annual servicing and calibrating without any additional travel costs (new to 2023). Our technicians will even perform most repairs directly on campus, and we can provide you and your lab a comprehensive pipettor servicing solution!
