DESCRIPTION:<p>	“Setting Expectations in the Lab: Resources on Communication, Integrity and Conflict Resolution”, Presenters: Elena Kramer, Bussey Professor of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology, Harvard College Professor, and Chair, Department of  Organismic and Evolutionary Biology; and John Wakeley, Professor, Organismic and Evolutionary Biology</p><p>	Professors Kramer and Wakeley will engage participants in a discussion about lab leadership style and student mentoring, including strategies for communicating expectations, evaluating your own leadership style, and resolving conflicts. Discussion will focus on real-world situations shared by Kramer, Wakeley, and participants, and will be driven primarily by questions from the attendees.</p>
