**Harvard Pre-Proposal Deadline: November 3, 2014 by 11:30PM**  
**Award Amount: $110,000/year for five years**  
**Target Faculty: Early Career. The foundation prefers that candidates be within the first three years of their tenure track**  
**Eligible Fields: Cancer, immunology and neuroscience**

The Rita Allen Foundation Scholars Program supports basic biomedical research in the fields of cancer, immunology and neuroscience. The program embraces innovative research with above-average risk and groundbreaking possibilities. Funds may only be used for direct project expenses, including up to 50 percent of the Scholar’s compensation
