Award Amount: $60,000/year for up to three years, no overhead
Target Disciplines: Disease-related basic biological science
Target Faculty: Early career (first to fourth year of initial appointment)

The Mallinckrodt Foundation supports early stage investigators engaged in basic biomedical research that has the potential to significantly advance the understanding, diagnosis or treatment of disease. It is expected that funding will enable candidates to move the proposed project forward to the point where R01 or other independent funding can be obtained.
